Pacharán is one of the oldest traditions in Navarre: more than 500 years ago it was already being made in our villages. Visiting a pacharán distillery is therefore an experience totally linked to our traditions and something you can only do during your stay in Navarra. Destilerías Zoco opens its doors for you to discover one of the most authentic and deeply rooted traditions of Navarra through an experience full of color, aroma and flavor. Located in the old gardens of the Palacio de la Condesa de la Vega del Pozo, a walk through the gardens will introduce you to the sloes, the origin of the fruit from which we make our pacharán. In an entertaining tasting workshop you will learn all the secrets of the history and elaboration of pacharán. And, after visiting the elaboration area, you will learn how to prepare a cocktail in our cocktail workshop. Come and visit us!

Kondaria Beers

KONDAIRA is a signature beer with regional identity and Navarrese roots, brewed with 100% natural ingredients.

Our beer is born in a privileged environment of the Navarrese riverside, the town of Mendavia, characterized for being the town with more Denominations of Origin in Spain. Our beer pays a well-deserved tribute to the value of the fields that are home to our roots and their farmers, who make them sprout to offer us the best grains and the juiciest fruits. We believe that, first and foremost, food should taste "good", arouse positive and pleasant emotions and give us a unique taste experience. Industrialization, which tends to standardize tastes and the race for profits, makes us forget that the essential objective of the food industry should be to "produce tasty, healthy and safe food". At KONDAIRA Beers we aim to give back, to those who place their trust in our hands, the traditional flavors, privileging proximity and proximity, local ingredients and collaborations with artisans from Navarre. Sustainable development is inseparable from independent production and this synergy contributes to our beers having a friendly personality and being unique. We brew different styles of craft beer. Among them, two ECONOMÍA CIRCULAR beers made with artisan bread from Pamplona/Iruña. Bread is one of the most wasted foods on a daily basis and bakeries can no longer sell it from one day to the next. So the people who work at the Ultzama Foundation collect this bread, toast it and we incorporate it into our OGI KOXKORRA beer. We also brew an ECOLOGICAL and GLUTEN FREE beer. Each of our beers tells a story or legend of Navarra on the label.
